Our dog knocked over a pot of boiling tea on our beautiful hand knotted, wool rug. The hot tea was soaking away for at least 20 minutes before we realised. Peter was wonderful, he worked patiently and gently, he visited twice AND he had success - all gone. Can't believe it, Peter came recommended AND I am so happy to recommend him too.
